Big catalogs, small teams, zero time
Retailers with Extensive Catalogs
Manage thousands of SKUs with consistent attributes, standardized images and optimized descriptions for each channel. The AI agent completes and enriches product cards on a massive scale.
Brands and Manufacturers
Control how your brand is presented at every point of sale. Distribute official, up-to-date and consistent product content to all your resellers and distribution channels from a single source of truth.
Multichannel and Marketplace Operations
Each marketplace has its own content specifications, mandatory attributes and restrictions. CatalogAI automatically adapts and publishes the catalog in the correct format for each platform.
Content and Photography Teams
The DAM module centralizes and organizes all digital assets (images, videos, documents) in the catalog. The IA agent optimizes, resizes and tags assets for each use and channel.
PIM + DAM + IA: the modern catalog trilogy
AI Content Generation Agent
The IA agent writes titles, long and short descriptions, feature bullet points and SEO metadata for each product, in the right brand tone and adapted to each distribution channel.
SEO Optimization of Product Sheets
Keyword research and analysis by category, optimization suggestions for titles, descriptions and metadata. The agent monitors the content of the tabs and proactively suggests improvements.
User Generated Content AI Agent
The AI agent extracts insights from reviews to improve product cards and creates short video pieces of users showing your products in context of use.
Centralized Attribute Management
Flexible data model to manage any product attribute structure: simple, variant, configurable, with category inheritance. Validation engine to ensure completeness and consistency of the catalog.
Digital Asset Management (DAM)
Centralized repository of images, videos, documents and other catalog assets. Automatic organization, intelligent search and approval workflows for new assets.
Automated Multichannel Distribution
Publish and synchronize your catalog in multiple channels simultaneously: ecommerce, marketplaces, wholesalers and distributors. Each channel receives the content in the format and specification it requires.
Inconsistency and Error Alerts
Automatic detection of incorrect prices, missing images, missing mandatory attributes, and content differences between channels. Alerts with prioritization by sales impact.
Product Onboarding Workflows
Configurable flows for new product registration: task assignment, automatic validations, content reviews and approvals. Reduces time-to-market time for new SKUs.
Catalog Quality Analytics
Completeness score by product and category, content gap reports, image quality analysis and rich content impact tracking on conversion metrics.

PIM, DAM and catalogs with AI
What is a PIM and when does a company need one?
A PIM (Product Information Management) is the central source of truth for all the product information of a company. It is needed when managing the catalog in Excel spreadsheets or directly in the ecommerce platform becomes unmanageable: when there are more than 5000 active SKUs, when selling in more than two channels with different specifications, when the product team spends more time correcting data errors than creating valuable content, or when inconsistency between channels starts to generate incorrect pricing and availability issues.
How does the AI agent generate content without losing the brand voice?
The agent is trained with the brand manual, approved content examples and tone guidelines for each channel. He learns the vocabulary constraints, narrative style and key sales pitches of the brand. The generation process includes instances of human review and validation that feed back into the model, improving accuracy and alignment with the brand voice as it is used. The result is content that sounds like the brand, not generic AI.
What is the difference between PIM and DAM, and why integrate them?
The PIM manages textual product data (attributes, descriptions, prices, categories) while the DAM manages digital assets (images, videos, specification PDFs). Separating them creates friction: you have to manually link images to products, manage versions on different systems, and coordinate updates between teams. Integrating them in CatalogAI means that when you update a product, all its associated assets are updated and distributed simultaneously, eliminating inconsistencies and reducing manual work.
How does rich content impact sales?
The impact is well documented in the industry: product cards with complete descriptions, multiple quality images, detailed attributes and reviews generate between 15% and 40% more conversions than incomplete cards. On marketplaces such as MercadoLibre and Amazon, quality content also improves organic positioning within the platform. The AI content agent makes it possible to bring 100% of the catalog to a high quality standard, which in large catalogs is often economically unfeasible to achieve manually.
