O`Neill, a clothing brand specializing in water technology garments from Santa Cruz (California) landed in Chile through Ecommerce and twelve physical stores distributed in Santiago, La Serena, Valparaiso, Viña del Mar, Rancagua, San Pedro de la Paz, Temuco and Puerto Montt.

The company needed a strategic partner to guide them in the area of development for their Ecommerce site. The Ecommerce Manager, Caterina Jullian Velazquez, expressed the need for proactive advice on market news, technical aspects, website improvements, and work on SEO positioning, among other key aspects. The Ecommerce Manager of O’Neill Chile highlighted the change in the layout of the site as a significant achievement, which made an important difference in the user experience and even received praise from the parent company in Holland. She also advanced that being able to work now on web positioning will allow them to improve conversion and increase sales: The change in the layout of the site was quite big. Now we are working on SEO which we believe will be a big impact because we didn’t have anything before. It is going to help us a lot in terms of conversion and increased sales.
