Each year, VTEX promotes an award that recognizes partner agencies that are evaluated on their ability to execute and sell ecommerce projects. This award is known as the “VTEX Quadrant” and is now in its fifth edition.

In this way, VTEX partners are evaluated through quantitative and qualitative data and scores are assigned for the final ranking of agencies within their ecosystem in a quadrant format.

Classified in the Hunters category, Known Online is being recognized as an agency with an excellent ability in the sales area, becoming an outstanding element in this segment.

The ranking of partner agencies in the VTEX Quadrant 2022 takes into account two axes and 16 metrics:

Axis 1: Sales effectiveness

  4. On-time delivery of projects
  5. Projects realized with VTEX IO such as Casa de la Cerveza, for example.

Axis 2: Execution capacity

According to these criteria and the two axes, agencies are classified into four quadrants:

  • Niche players: companies that show excellent results in specific niches, but with limitations to act more broadly.
  • Engineers: brands that are characterized by their high project execution capacity and advanced knowledge of the technical area.
  • Hunters: companies with exceptional sales skills.
  • MVP (Most Valuable Partner): this only includes brands that have a solid understanding of market needs along with high sales and execution capabilities.

This mention is a global recognition from VTEX for an agency that accelerates digital commerce and is the result of hard and constant work, built by an interdisciplinary and proactive team, focused on results but without forgetting the processes.
