About Fpay
Fpay is the payment wallet of the Falabella group in Chile with plans to expand in Latin America. A digital payment and collection solution, without the need for wallets. For individual customers, it allows you to enter all your debit or credit cards from any bank, transfer to your cell phone contacts, pay through QR code at participating merchants and charge through QR code in a reliable and secure way.
Client’s need
Fpay needed to be able to offer itself as a payment method for all customers of WooComerce, the WordPress e-commerce platform.
Solution provided by Known Online
The Known Online agency developed a native WooCommerce plugin that allows WooCommerce stores to add their Fpay account data to be able to automatically charge and receive refunds in two ways:
- When the client is a desktop user, what the integration generates is that the QR is displayed for the user to scan it with his cell phone.
- When the platform on which the user is buying is a cell phone, he/she opens the Fpay App in order to complete the payment.
Results
- The development of the WooCommerce plugin for Fpay took 45 days and is working successfully.
